That URL is apparently "personalized". I needed to register for the site,
and then found the paper at a similar (at least, the final component)
URL, but a warning to others who may follow it. Interestingly, this
paper, while fascinating in itself, and in fact more germane to this
thread, is not the one I recall. That one is:

The Diagnosis Of Mistakes In Programmes on the EDSAC

which is also on that site. Once you register... Which I recommend
