I'm catching up here. Two things to contribute:

1) there was at least one other CDC 6X00 OS. Called
    CAL TSS it was an early (_the_ early?) capability-based
    OS. I have several of the manuals, if I did not already
    donate them to the museum.

2) I can _possibly_ help with the following:

 I still have some contact with an ex-coworker who was at CDC working
 on a contract for UBS until early 1978. He may remember something.
