[inforoots] Unknown CDC Operating System

Another question to this group of computer historians: Has anybody heard of
an operating system for CDC 6600 and possibly CDC 7600 systems called TOOS?
This acronym appears in project papers of CDC from the early seventies. I
could not find any trace of such a system on the web or in the literature.
TOOS most likely stands for something like "Transaction oriented Operating
System" because the project it relates to was a large on-line transction
system that never went into operations.

Any idea from anyone?
