CQ means calling any station.
DE means from
GB2HQ means the call sign of the station sending 
(UK stations use G instead ofa, k, n, or w as we do here in the states.)

The AR at the end means " All Recieved " which means end of message.

The rest of the stuff in between .... well only Collossus knows for sure.
